Terms of Service
By accessing or using Webicha’s services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Agreement
Webicha LLC provides custom software development and technical consulting. Specific deliverables will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all fees as specified. Invoices are generally due within 15 days of issuance.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Webicha LLC transfers all rights and interest in the custom code developed specifically for the client.
